Employment consultation
Difficult conversation preparation
Structure the facts, boundaries, requests, and follow-up for a meeting where the working relationship is under strain.
Prepare the conversation you actually need
This session is for a scheduled performance meeting, return-to-work discussion, boundary-setting conversation, conflict with a colleague, or meeting about changed duties. We turn a crowded account into a short agenda: what happened, what impact it had, what needs to change, and what outcome you can reasonably request.
The preparation includes a 60-minute consultation and a one-page meeting outline. We can rehearse difficult questions and consider whether a companion, works council member, or written follow-up may be appropriate.
It does not include mediation between both parties, attendance at the employer’s meeting, or drafting formal legal submissions. Bring the meeting invitation, your dated notes, and any policy directly relevant to the conversation.
