Read the obligations, not only the salary
A contract check helps you understand how the written terms may affect ordinary working life. We discuss probation, place of work, hours and overtime wording, leave, variable pay, confidentiality, side activities, notice periods, and any clause that appears unusually broad.
Send one contract of up to 12 pages at least one working day beforehand. During the call, we work through your questions in priority order and mark points that may be worth clarifying with the employer before signature.
The consultation provides practical orientation rather than a formal legal opinion or negotiation on your behalf. Complex executive contracts, equity arrangements, cross-border tax questions, and collective agreements may require separate specialist advice.
