When this session is useful

This consultation is designed for a live issue: an unexpected meeting invitation, a warning, a disputed instruction, a breakdown with a manager, a proposed agreement, or uncertainty about how to respond in writing. It is most useful before positions harden.

What is included

Before the meeting, we review up to 15 pages of relevant material. That may include your employment contract, a warning letter, selected emails, meeting notes, or a draft response. During the session, we establish a reliable chronology, distinguish contractual questions from communication problems, and identify any dates that need prompt attention.

You receive a short written summary within two working days. It records the key facts discussed, practical options, likely trade-offs, and the next action you chose.

What is outside the scope

The session does not include court representation, formal legal opinions, tax advice, collective bargaining representation, or contact with your employer. Where the issue requires a Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht, works council, trade union, tax adviser, or public authority, we say so plainly.

How the meeting runs

  1. Beforehand: send a concise timeline and the most relevant documents at least one working day before the appointment.
  2. During the session: we test the sequence of events, read important wording closely, and consider proportionate responses.
  3. Afterward: you receive the written action summary and may send one short clarification question within five working days.

Preparation and constraints

Remove unrelated sensitive information from documents where possible. Please do not send health records, identity documents, or complete personnel files unless specifically requested. Consultations are offered in English and concern employment situations governed primarily by German workplace practice.

Rescheduling is possible with 24 hours’ notice. See the cancellation and refund terms before booking.
