Fees without an open-ended meter
Most consultations have a fixed scope and price. You know what preparation and follow-up are included before confirming.

When the standard scope does not fit
Long document sets, several connected employment relationships, or a second meeting require a written estimate. We first identify which material is decisive rather than charging to read everything. Additional document review is quoted at €90 per hour, in 30-minute increments, only after you approve it.
What payment does not buy
Fees do not include court or tribunal representation, contact with an employer, certified translations, tax calculations, or a formal opinion from a Rechtsanwalt. A referral to another professional creates no referral charge.
Confirmation and payment
After we confirm scope and availability by email, an invoice is issued in euros. Payment is due before the appointment unless agreed otherwise for an organisation. Cancellation, rescheduling, and work already completed are addressed in the refund policy.
